What happens when my 2012 Nissan Sentra 4 Cyl only drives 5 mph? Even when the whole accelerator is all the way on the floor, how do I fix it?

This is the electronic throttle, there a code that is set, try to get that code that the ECM has stored, if you clear the code the throttle will go back to normal until a fault is detected.
