P0300 2002 saturn sl series 1.9L

Question

Back on July 7th I asked about this code and was told it was the egr well I replaced the egr and that did not solve the problem. It idles around 1030 rpms but still misfires. I would like to know what I should check because im thinking it has something to do with electrical. Where should I start.

Since this is a code for random or multiple misfires, I would start with a tune up. Plugs, wires, possibly even the ignition coil. The computer can't determine where the misfire is coming from. i would also check and make sure the catalytic converter isn't plugged or plugging up. Sometimes it can cause random misfires.
