will this code cause a loud squeal and lose of power

im having a loud squeal when i press the throttle and my rpms are not rising can this code cause this problem. i have a 2005 kia sedona.

P0455 this would be a EVAP leak like leaving the gas cap completely off, This code would not cause a loud squel when steping on the gas pedal and the RPM not rising, a plug exhaust like catalytic convertor can do this if it is plugged and you step on the gas pedal exhaust need to go somewhere it will find it way out through the intake and out through the airfilter, housing.
