2001 buick lesabre error codes p0446,p0108,p0121,p0404

Check engine light came on.Took car to autozone ran a diagnosis.Showed error code for mass air flow sensor,changed the sensor ran the car for a couple of days to see if check engine light would go out.never did so I went back and now it shows p0446,p0108,p0121,p0404 and p0101.Could replacing mass air flow sensor trip these error codes ?

Yes it can to have a valid P0101 you should not set a P0446, P0108, P0404, so the rest of the code are not valid. What this engine has is a MAP sensor , having a faulty MAP sensor can set a P0101. and not a MAP sensor code.
