I have changed the wires and plugs, coils, and cleaned the throttle body. I took the fuel injectors off and check for blockage (none)and still have p0300. What else do I need to check? How do I check a fuel injector to see if it is bad? Do I need to check the head gasket, egr valve, crank shaft sensor, catylitic converter, oxygen sensor or whatever else?

P0300 Random misfire

The fuel injector is not going to be it , If it was it will not set aP0300. so you can go pass that. 02 sensor not going to that either.the crankshaft sensor not going to set a P0300. The EGR can set a P0300, A catalytic convertor can set a P0300. If the catalytic convertor you would have a loss of power (you have a loss of power with P0300) a notice albe loss of power your the engine would sound different when accelerating you would hear a wing noise from the aircleaner area. The EGR would be the suspectable are on the EGR if its pintle is slightly open it would  set a misfire but mainly on the number 4 cylinder.
