p0300 code on 99 blazer

Question

full tune up - cap, rotor, wires, plugs, coil, ING mod. Still miss fire on 1 & 3

I would check for intake manifold gasket leaks, check the compression on the 2 cylinders that are misfiring and also look at the spider injectors for leaks. They are a known problem on the 4.3 V6 engine.
