I keep changing the oil because the water in the coolant compartment keeps disappearing and the oil is caramel colored. Are they mixing together? What do I look for and is it very expensive to fix?

HI there

This is usually a sign of a failed head gasket. This is going to be a fairly expensive repair. Sometimes you will get a check engine light for a misfire which at least would indicate which side of the engine the head gasket is bad on. Sorry it's not better news.
