My car was smelling if gas, so I checked the codes and it said to replace the maf . Did that, it's an old car anyways, but I still smell gas. I don't see any leaks, so what else could it be? Car also stalls initially in start up, and does have hiccups in its acceleration.

HI there

I would double check the air filter. If its to dirty it can cause a maf sensor code. Also, if it hasn't had a tune up in a while it might not be burning the fuel cleanly and this can cause the fuel smell. Check for intake manifold gasket leaks as well, the to can produce a fuel smell.
