Will disconnecting the battery reset the check engine and then give a passing emissions test Georgia. Do you need to drive it for very long before taking for test so it registers information?

P1450 Excessive vacuum detected in the fuel tank

What the common cause for this code this would be the fuel tank pressure sensor, If this was its purge valve being slightly stuck open you set a lean code condition, The only way the ECM can report there is excessive vacuum is the fuel tank pressure sensor not reporting correctly, If you disconnect the battery you reset all the monitors, The monitor are the readiness component , if you clear the code with the scan tool it reset the monitors also. Some county in Georgia does not require the EVAP monitor to be ready. so you may be able to clear the code Do you regular driving , when the monitor is set expect for the EVAP you should be able to get your test..
