replaced eld and now getting a p0141 ho2s code

Question

Had bad ecu and was replaced and reprogrammed by dealership. Got the p1298 and p0141 code at same time. New eld fixed p1298 code but p0141 wont go away even with new sensor. Havent check for power yet but that is my next step. computer was a used one but programmed well. Strange to me that this code appeared after changing computer. Anything out of the way strange that might help me to figure this out?
