Can a faulty throttle positioning sensor cause this code

Rough idle stalling at red lights no power on take off bad gas millage have replaced spark plugs intake vvt and checked all injectors for proper working condition

This is basically a lean fuel mixture code. It can be caused by a faulty front O2 sensor, vacuum leaks and low fuel pressure as well as the fuel injectors. The TPS should not have any bearing on this code. Here is some more info:
