2014 Chevy Impala LT Code P16CF

Question

I have a 2014 Chevy Impala LT and the engine light came on throwing code P16CF im not for sure what it is. The engine light won't be on when I start the car but will come on when I start driving if somebody could answer this question that would be awesome!!
