Can a dirty air filter cause a P0134 code in a 2004 Honda Civic?

I have replaced the bank one sensor 1 air/fuel ratio sensor already.

if there is no wiring issue check for intake leaks, check fuel pressure (see specs below), check for exhaust leaks 

- Inappropriate fuel pressure
- Faulty fuel injectors
- Intake air leaks may be faulty
- Exhaust gas leaks
