2007 Lexus RX350 with engine code P2197, how do I repair the code?

This code means Oxygen sensor stuck lean, bank 2 sensor 1.

Basically the front O2 sensor on bank 1 isn't reading correctly. This is usually the result of a bad O2 sensor.

It can also be a problem with the wiring to the sensor or a bad ecm. Most of the time the sensor itself is the culprit however.
