P0051 RHD/Aust 2007 Lexus RX350 Fuse Location and Circ Name & Amp Rating

Question

The Int fuse box is in the most unfriendly insane position & I can't figure out what circ it might be on if any?

Found it. Below the glove box located on the LHS lay on floor on back with head towards F and feet toward back of car look up.

Here is the location of the fuse and relay for the Air-Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor, which is the sensor that sets the P0051 code. If the relay and fuse are OK, the A/F Sensor is the most likely cause of the problem. I hope that helps.
