Will this problem cause your vehicle to smoke ?

Smokes excessively bluish white smoke. Idles rough but when you unplug the vacuum line going into the exhaust manifold it smooths out.

There may just be it, if the vaccum lines are not in the correct position , but when the component is plug in it should not cause a rough idle
