Can my spare key cause code P0513?

Question

I have 2 keys for the car I was using #1 and I had this alarm come up, I had brought back to the dealer but started using #2 and they fixed a sensor and I kept using #2 key. My wife took the car and she has key #1 and the check engine light came back on. Any thoughts?
