how can I fix error P0513 on '98 ford f150?

1998 ford f150 wont start with key in ignition. Daignostic code is po513. Can I fix this myself?

what size engine does your F150 have? also Ford does not use P0513 code. try to use a different OBD-II reader, the one you are using is not compatible with your car so its not reading the code correctly.
