I have a 6 cylinder 2001 toyota Camry that misfires and has code p1315. what can cause this and which parts do I need to replace to resolve the issue?

HI there

The most common cause of this is a faulty ignition coil on cylinder #4. It can also be the result of faulty wiring. I would swap the #4 coil with the one next to it and see if the code and misfire move the that cylinder. If it does, then you know that the coil is the issue.
