P0033 SAAB - does anyone have the diagnostic procedure for this code ?

the Valve has been replaced 2 months ago .. The code set at cruise speed 67 mph,  187 degrees F , IAT was 50 degrees F , throttle at 15.2% . I need a diagnostic procedure , if there is one .. Thanks
