I brought my 2005 Saab 9-3 Turbo 4 Cyl to the garage for the caliper. They said something about the banjo bolt, and I had to leave the car for the night so they could order a new caliper because the one they just ordered was defective and didn't come with a banjo bolt. I left the car, picked up the next day, and made it down the road and the caliper are crazy smoking. The garage had it towed back to them, and they said my brake hose needed to be replaced. I already paid $230 for the caliper & now have to pay $62 for brake hose. I picked up my car (shop closed) with the engine light now on-never was before. The code is P0033. What did they do to my car?

P0033 System bypass ,charge air control , malfunction

This works off a boost pressure adaptation it may have been cause by the brake caliper being engage that or this condition was aggrevated by the brake condition. clear the code this can be a intermittent condition.
