2009 Honda Accord 4 Cyl with engine code P0339, replace the crank sensor still has the same problem and the code is back on again. What could be the problem?

This usually indicates a wiring issue from the sensor to the computer. If you used an aftermarket crank sensor it can cause the problem as well. Also, it's possible there is a mechanical timing issue.
