Where are the O2 sensors located on 2004 Toyota 4Runner SE 6 Cyl SE?

The truck has 4 O2 sensors. Two of the sensors are mounted in the exhaust manifolds before the catalytic converters, then 2 more mounted after the converters in the down pipes. If you have the specific code, it should tell you which sensor is causing the problem.
