2004 Dodge Durango Limp Mode w/ P0700 and P0750-replaced solenoid pack, ECU, wiring-what now?

Question

Still getting the 2 0700 and 0750 codes even after:

1-Checked the wiring for opens and shorts
2-Changed the solenoid pack and checked for correct resistance
3-Checked the relay and tried swapping it out
4-Accumulator plate on the valve body is ok
5-replaced and reflashed ECU

Will drive for a few minutes and then the Durango will still go into limp mode after all this.

What else should be checked?
