2011 sorento code P0082 - safe to drive?

It's a new engine that has approximately 5k miles - vehicle has 77k - will need to drive daily till I can get it to the dealership

It is safe to drive, however it's possible there could be a low oil level causing the code to appear. Make sure to check the oil level before you continue to drive the car.
