Ok 2004 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0. Idles fine shifts completely normal, have tested and cleaned throttle body and sensors and I still have this problem. Oh and I'll mention my abs light would come on n off so I checked and ended up replacing one of my wheel speed sensors but my abs still flashes randomly. The symptoms I have are what rattle my brain. Car drives normal but once I get around 55 mph, if I release the gas pedal it all the sudden sounds like I'm red lining my engine, the only way to make it stop is to shift into neutral or push the gas. Anyone ever heard of anything like this? I've been stuck to far away from home for 3 weeks now, any help is much appreciated!!!

P2106 Throttle Actuator System (TAC) Forced limit

Cleaning the throttle body is not going to do it. you do this also clean out the MAF (Mass airflow sensor) , if the problem persist you will need a throttle body. also make sure the charging system is working properly
