Aveo P2106 & p0601 codes what is the possible problem and how to fix it

Question

It will start and die after a few seconds.
THis happen in very cold weather temperature.
But during summer days its okey.
I get a check engine light.
Codes are p2106 & p0601.

P2106 Throttle control system performance - Throttle limitaion active

P0601 Control module read only memory

If these code appear only when in extreme cold weather , then ice forms in  the vacuum source to the MAP sensor and create a restriction. inspect for any vacuum leaks that will cause this condition
