Why the ECM ADVANCES TIMING INSTANTLY WHEN TURNING IGNITION OFF

Ignition timing advances to 63 degrees, the engine will start with engine cool and normal trying to start when warm but only coffs.

Do you have the update ignition coil, ? Check the ignition coil, grab the coil boot or the tube and pull apart, there should be a resistor not just a spring , if you do not have the resistor equipt coil you will need it, this would be the reason for the no start at warm plus the engine will stumble without it.
