I have a 2007 sienna that runs for about 5 minutes and then stalls with DTC codes P0351-P0356.

What could cause all the trouble codes at once.

These codes are for faulty ignition coils, cylinder #1 and cylinder #6. it's quite possible the car needs new coils. Normally these codes shouldn't cause stalling, but they might. I would start by replacing the coils and checking the spark plugs. It's possible the vehicle needs a tune up and that could cause the stalling on you.
