I have a 2001 Ford Expedition. Have it beeping four time. Ran a code test got a B1869. Can't get the airbag light to light up on my dash. Replaced the bulb and fuse not fixed. Tried a new cluster still didn't work. What else good it be and how to get it fix? Thanks

Next step is to check the wires from the Air Bag Control module to the cluster, also check the air bag control module connector, make sure is firmly tight. If the wire is OK, then you may have to repair the control module.
