Multiple Camshaft codes - 0340, 0343, 0368

Question

car starts sometimes then idles ok but weak power
sometimes when cranking - engine continues to crank when key is released until turned off - without starting
replaced camshaft sensor - without improvement - swapped sensor between both cams
