C1143 won't go away

Question

I have replaced the clock spring, steering angle sensor, both camshaft position sensor's, and the crankshaft position sensor. New brake pads and rotors all the way around. Even new parking brake shoes and hardware .  Brake fluid is full. I have tried the driving in a straight line without turning for 1000 feet. But this darn code will not disappear. What do I do now?
