i need help with my CAN communication line is open or shorten on my 2003 Nissan Sentra

So basically, my car won't start but cranks, I had a guy come check it with a scanner, and a code u1001 was detected which read "harness or connectors-CAN communication line is open or shorted. What should I do?

Even with this code the car would still start, and sometimes there is no drivabilty, try this clean the negative battery cable ground and reconnect. you may just have to do the basic test such as test for fuel pressure , ignition spark.
