Can a combination of P0016, 17, 18 and 19 be related to P0128?

Five check engine codes showing up at once and I need to know if they are all related.

P0128 Engine coolant temperature below regulating temperature

No this will not be related to the thermostat condition. P0016 is more a mechanical condition , the engine would have a slight rough idle. If there was no recent timing chain repairs you can replace the camshaft actuator they do get stuck
