P1150 A/F ratio sensor circuit range / performance malfunction Bank 2 sensor 1

P1411 EGR valve position sensor

P0171 Fuel system too lean Bank 1

P0440 Evaporative emission control system malfunction

The most important code that would need to be looked into are P1411, P0440,  As for P1150 and P0171 these are more than likely a result of vacuum leak, or vacuum hose disconnected.  The EGR system is vacuum controlled, a disconnected vacuum hose will set a P1411 and a P0171. Basically you need a visual inspection to find a vacuum hose that is disconnected . Which should be near the MAF air flow duct that control the evap emission system
