This code you have is not valid. to be the cause for the high idle.  A high idle problem would set a P0507 dealing with the idle air control, What needs to be done is search for any vacuum leak that would set a high idle. If there is no vacuum leak a learned IAV (idle air volume ) has to be performed , for this a factory level scan tool will have to be used to set the idle.
