Have replaced gas cap but code still appears in 2-3 days

What else could cause repeated codes to appear?
Vehicle: 2007 Chevy Colorado 3700 5 cylinder

HI there

There are several other parts that can cause this code. Usually or commonly the vent control valve is the issue. Usually a smoke test is used to locate the source of the leak, then that part is repaired.
