This code means there is a lean fuel mixture on bank 2 of the engine. Most of the time this is the result of a faulty bank 2 front O2 sensor, but also can be the result of an intake gasket leak or a bad mass air flow sensor. Most often when it's stalling it's either a vacuum leak or the maf sensor.
