what is the fix

Question

2012 dodge ram 1500 hemi code T engine. Number 5 cylinder sets a code P305 also a second code set is P2314.. What is the fix.. I,ve replaced both spark plugs and coil on that cylinder.  Compression is 180

When it comes to this type of code , P2314 means the ionization is too short, for the number 5 cylinder A short ionization means something is snuffing it out. like a coolant seepage  into that cylinder due to a headgasket fuel injector can do this , What you have is more a mechanical problem valve are common problem for this engine,
