From the codes, it looks like the Cylinder #5 it's not firing, and since you have the P0205 code, the most probable cause of the problem is either the Fuel Injector itself or the wiring from the Fuel Injector to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

It may take a few days for the engine to adjust itself to the new parts. Keep driving it and make sure the air filter is clean. Do you have any other symptoms right now, besides the P0174 code?

Well yeah my engine is idling high more frequently it seems. And at times while stopped at the stop light it'll be idling so high that im throw it into neutral just to calm the engine some until the light turns green

So everything that I've done so far on my car is, replaced fuel injector,  new spark plugs, replaced upper intake oxygen sensor,  and did an oil change. There currently no check engine light on, but the motor is still off, it began shaking just a little at first but the more I drive it the more it seems to shake and progressively intensifying.  What else am I'm not checking that might be causing this??

Unfortunately, there are many things that can give you those symptoms, but since you had a problem with the fuel injector, it is possible that you may have a damaged catalytic converter. Unburned fuel can damage the catalytic converter. Also, it is possible that you may have bad gas in the fuel tank.
