how do I fix codes p0174 & p2006?

I have replaced the imrc actuator on the rear on my intake and still getting both codes. Ford tested it said it MIGHT be the pcm but not 100% sure that will fix it.  I have replaced the motor with a reman Jasper, called Jasper told them what all I have had done and they say replace the upper intake. Not sure what to do?????
Vehicle: 2004 Ford F150 5.4
