P2006 intake manifold runner stuck closed

Question

Do I need to replace the entire intake manifold or is there another option like a sensor or valve I could try first?

P2006 Intake manifold runner control (IMRC) stuck closed Bank 1

This code is for the IMRC when this code set the ECM is commanding to open , but the IMRC is closed, this is for the IMRC

 With the IMRC check the linkage these has a tendency to disconnect, If the IMRC at bank 1 is connected you replace the IMRC.

 P2006 is strickly a IMRC code. the fault is with the IMRC
