I replaced my battery and now I have a ton of codes, how do I go about fixing them?

I have codes B210D, B212D, U0184, U0121, P0778, U1120, and U1110. My abs, emergency brake light, esp, and bas lights are on, and also my speedometer and odometer are out. My car is in limp mode so I can't go above 30-40 mph. What are the possible causes of these?
Vehicle: 2007 Dodge Magnum 3.5L V6
