Where is the secondary air injection relay (A) located in a 2012 Dodge Avenger 2.4L 4CL? How do I fix the relay?

The secondary air injection relay is outside the fuse relay box, it listed as air pump. the fux you replace the relay, the relay has a fuse listed as Fuse 9 which is a 40 amp fuse.
