I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger SXT 2.4L, system voltage low. new alternator and battery. still will not click or crank. Code P0562

I would like to start off by asking for you to provide a little bit about the  history of your problem.   But if u had replaced all those parts. i strongly sugest to che k the main fuses
