check engine light is on and maf sensor and o2 sensors replaced and light is back on

Question

check engine light came on and the code indicated the MAF sensor was involved.  Tried cleaning it, then changed the sensor.  Check engine light came back on and I replaced upstream and downstream O2 sensors.  THe check engine light just came back on again.  Same codes.  Any ideas?

Use another MAF sensor, cleaning it on a MBZ is not recommended,
