The check engine light came on when I was trying to install a remote starter, I cut into the orange wire at the ignition switch and I accidentally touched the frame and i got a spark. The check engine light came on so I used the OBD tool for the code and the first code I got was P0340 so I cranked up the car and cut it off. I checked the code again and the code I keep getting now is P0343. Would a fuse be bad or possibly a relay? If it is the camshaft position sensor and it is the problem where would it be located? Thank you.

P0343 Camshaft position sensor

This would be camshaft position sensor intermittent, it does not fit the situation of the engine , it may of set due to the engine shutting off, if you grounded the orange wire there are 2 fuse that can open the ignition fuse and the BTSIBU , more than anything ignition fuse is open
