2013 Chevy Cruze - Trouble Starting after Fueling

Question

After fueling my Cruze has trouble starting. I pump the gas a couple times, and try to keep the RPM's above 3200 for a couple miles. Otherwise, the car will stall. I've had a minor decrease in gas mileage. I'm not sure whether I should be looking at the purge control valve, the purge solenoid, or the solenoid wiring. What is the best way to diagnose the issue?
