1999 Nissan Maxima Swirl control valve

Question

I've got a P1130 code on a 1999 Nissan Maxima. The battery is good, but it doesn't start up at all ... I have to push start the car. Any ideas what I could do or replace?

No start and have to push start to start, this is starter problem, they way it is verified is the starter is direct jump, if it cranks the starter is not a fault if it does not by direct connect, the starter is faulty, You can be up against a starter relay or  the ignition switch,
