Code p0340 it does start but i hit gas 2 lights come up

I  replace the cam i also clean the sensor just too checkif it was dirty the only question that i have is that it says i have to verify CMP sensor voltage which i did and it reads 2.4 and im wondering if thats the right voltage

​what did yopu measure, check for proper battery voltage , the middle is the signal this should go high to low, also , you can set a P0340 if you are not using the required sparkplug,
